ATOM S600 ST Series
The ATOM S600 Series Beam Cutting Presses with Single Sliding Work Tray are designed to offer high visibility of the cutting surface, therefore suitable whenever high precision of die & material placement is required. The S600 ST series are typically used for cutting material in sheet form due to the moveable sliding tray incorporated with this line of due cutting machines & with the cutting stroke adjustable up to 200mm, it allows for a wider range of materials to be processed.

The ATOM S600 BP Series Automatic Full Beam Die Cutting Systems equipped with “pinch & grab” feeding clamps and transport cutting belt are powerful, extremely precise & fast which allow for a fully automatic cutting cycle, with cutting speeds up to 23 strokes per minute on the entire width of the material. The belt is used as a cutting surface and the positive head stops guarantee precise cutting depths.
CHIESA RH Series
The CHIESA RH Series Receding Head Full Beam Die Cutting Presses features all the advantages achieved from a traditional full head beam die cutting machine with the addition of the increased visibility of the machine’s working surface. The upper cutting platen retracts to the back of the machine after every cycle which allows for precise die placement for small to large sheets or pre-printed materials.

ATOM & CHIESA Full Beam Die Cutting Presses, when compared with traditional traveling head & swing beam presses show a quicker cutting cycle since there is no need to move the beam along the machine width. Another advantage is between the cutting surface and the upper beam; it is possible to use very large cutting dies, in theory as big as the cutting surface. For these reasons, our full beam die cutting presses are widely used when high cutting power & when large or multiple shape dies are used. The high cutting power enables them to cut multiple parts & plies in one stroke.
These ranges of die cutting machinery are available with cutting powers from77-110-165-220-330 tons with bed sizes up to 86″ (W) x 60″ (D). There are many optional feed systems available like the single sliding tray (S600 ST Series) or receding beam (Chiesa RH Series) for sheeted materials to fully automatic equipment like the cutting belt with pinch and grab pincers and the ATOM S300 Series with programmable nip roll feed which are controlled by an easy to program electronic unit. The CHIESA Die-Cut Heat-Seal Cutting Press can be equipped with top and/or bottom heated platens depending on the application and individual requirements. Ideal applications for a heated cutting presses include various textiles, synthetic fibers or non-woven materials used for sound damping in the transportation industry (die cut, crease/seal), and compression molding for foam- and rubber-based materials.
