| The F.E.B.A. dual spindle automatic roll slitter, model 2L/1600, converts two rolls of material simultaneously using two mandrels and one or two rotary slitting blades. This roll slitting system is suitable for slitting without rewinding adhesive and self-adhesive materials, rubber, foils, non-wovens, cloth, paper, dielectrics and similar reeled substrates. This series can accommodate logs up to 200MM in diameter (other upon request) with maximum material widths of 1600MM (others upon request). The model 2L/1600 is available with one slitting blade with a diameter of 500MM, or with two slitting blades each with a diameter of 250MM. This system is equipped with a full color touch-screen which programs all of the machines operating functions and can store up to 300 jobs. |
