F.E.B.A. roll slitting, rewinding and unwinding systems are designed to convert wovens, non wovens, foam materials, adhesive tapes, polyester resins, glass cloth, plastics, rubber, gasket material, foils, paper, PVC film, PE film, compend film and many other similar materials. F.E.B.A. manufactures three different types of roll converting systems: roll slitting with out rewinding, slitting and rewinding, and unwind/rewind stations. F.E.B.A.'s roll slitting machines are available with many different features and options capable of slitting rolls up to 2100MM (83") in width with outside diameters of 1000MM (40"). The slitting and rewinding equipment are designed accordingly to the customers specific application and are offered with many different slitting and rewinding options capable of converting rolls up to 1000MM (40") in diameter with widths up to 1600MM (63") (Standard Sizes). If companies are looking to unwind a roll of material without slitting then F.E.B.A. offers and unwind/rewind station for rolls up to 1000MM (40") in diameter with widths up to 1600MM (63") (Standard Sizes). All of F.E.B.A.'s roll converting systems are manufactured in accordance with European CEE standards which is in full compliance with US and Canadian OSHA regulations. All systems are sold and serviced exclusively by Manufacturers Supplies Co. in North America. |

¨ Roll Slitting Machines: F.E.B.A. roll slitting systems are designed to convert rolls of material without unwinding. These systems are capable of handling rolls up to 2100MM in width with outside diameters of 600MM. We offer a variety of roll slitters to meet your converting needs: single blade penetration, double blade penetration, systems that can handle four rolls at one time and also three-headed sawing machines for protection film tapes. All of our systems can be equipped with an industrial PLC (Touch-screen) which control all of the machines functions; with the exception of the loading and unloading of the logs. Two unique features we can add to our roll slitters are sonar (reads the OD of the log) and laser (reads the OD of the blade) which makes our roll slitters true production machines: load the roll and the machine does the rest, automatically. ¨ Slitting and Rewinding Systems: F.E.B.A. duplex cantilevered roll slitting and rewinding systems lead the converting industry in productivity and versatility. All of our systems are designed accordingly to the customer's specific application. These are the ideal systems for companies converting foils, films, tapes, papers, laminates,etc. There are two series of slitters rewinders available: the FE86 series with four cantilevered revolver(rewind) units for maximum material production and the FE95 series with two rewind units. Both are true production machines which can accommodate logs up to 1000MM in diameter, 1600MM in width and rewind diameters of 610MM (Standard Sizes-Special Applications Available). In addition, these systems can be equipped with an industrial PLC (Touch-screen) which controls all of the machine's functions with 300 job programs available. ¨ Logger (Unwinding and Rewinding) Systems: F.E.B.A. also offers a systems for the unwinding and rewinding of material without the need for slitting. These logger systems are capable of handling logs up to 1000MM in diameter with widths up to 1600MM (Standard Sizes). All of these systems are designed accordingly to the customers specific application. |
