Guidolin Davide rotary die & kiss cutting machine designed for large scale production is currently available in two working widths, 175mm & 250mm, with operating speeds up to 100 Meter per minute. Our rotary cutting machinery can accept conventional hard tooling or magnetic etched tooling. Three cutting stations come standard, the first cutting station for kiss cutting, the 2nd station for total cutting and the final station to slit the web to width. A variety of unwinds, rewinds & laminating stations can be employed making this modular converting machine highly versatile to suit a variety of industrial converting applications.

Rotary Cutting Machine Main Operating Features

  • Support bobbin with brake on the inboard side, complete with n. 1 expansion shaft controlled by a ultrasonic sensor and by an electronic card for the correct positioning of the bobbin
  • KF/RE SYSTEM: support bobbin with the friction on the inboard side with the regulation on the axe to laminate
  • Laminating unit on the inboard side
  • KR SYSTEM: inferior single motorised rewind assembled on the machine
  • KF SYSTEM: inferior single unwind with the friction assembled on the machine
  • KR/R SYSTEM: single motorized rewind assembled on the machine with roll
  • KF/R SYSTEM: support bobbin with the friction on the inboard side with the regulation on the axe to laminate
  • TR/L SYSTEM: back cutting die with longitudinal regulation
  • TR/T SYSTEM: back cutting die with transversal micrometrical regulation with a stop of position
  • KR/R SYSTEM: single motorized rewind assembled on the machine with roll
  • TL/RR SYSTEM: adjustable rotary longitudinal cut with micrometrical regulation with a stop of position
  • Conveyor on the outboard side
  • KR SYSTEM: single motorised rewind assembled on the machine
  • Double motorised rewind on the outboard side assembled on the machine
  • 6 disks of polycarbonate
  • Voltage: 220 V - 60 HZ
