The GD 654 line of die cutting/ kiss cutting equipment equipped with the K3 synchronized pneumatic expeller and evacuation chute for the removal of scrap and cut parts in continuous movement. This particular line is capable of developing 35 tons of cutting force and has a 600x600mm working surface.

The material can be in roll form or sheet form and would be fed by an optional roll holder or automatic sheet feeder. The pneumatic expeller and exit chute equipped on this die cutting/kiss cutting system is ideal for rapid production and piece separation. With its own PLC system and CNC controlled options, operator training is a snap; just load the material and let the machine do the rest. The DG 654 die cutting/ kiss cutting system can hold up to 500 programs(maximum program and die change time is 30 seconds) so every application possible can be stored in its memory. GD 654 is the logical choice for all your cutting needs.
