The Guidolin Davide systems are well known for their high production speeds, reliable cutting results, top performance & long lasting precision. Their are four types of cutting methods available; 1) total cutting, 2) kiss-cutting, 3) simultaneous die & kiss cut, 4) hot cutting / hot embossing. Machines are available with cutting pressures ranging from 5-35 tons, platens from 200mm x 200mm up to 600mm x 600mm, cycles from 30-150 per minute on standard versions and from 60-300 cycles per minute on special versions particularly for thin materials like labels which can be kiss-cut @ register. The internal PLC controls all the machines functions with 400 recipes available for immediate recall. The industries using these die cutting machines are extremely diversified thus our machines are modular and can be built from the base up to suit the customer's specific converting requirement. Optionals available include; lamination stations, matrix-scrap removal, expulsion units for evacuation of cut pieces, slitting units, guillotine station to cut to sheet, optical registration and many more.
