AUTOMATIC GUILLOTINE CUTTERS GD X-1

The Guidolin Davide automatic guillotine cutters, model GD X1, are designed to cut sheets and blocks using a blade and counter blade system. The roller conveyor system is coated with silicone rubber for adhesive materials and is also available with steel rollers.

The guillotine cutter is equipped with a step motor control for excellent positioning precision of the fed material. The GD X1 is completely CNC controlled to check the condition of the optical fibres which detect the presence or absence of the pre-cut pieces. This guillotine cutter is available as a standard machine or can be equipped with any of the Guidolin Davide Diecutting/Kisscutting systems and can also be set up on any adhesive system for modular runs.
