S.P.S. model 90.5.BS.PN.A automatic riveting machine with special beam designed for applying rivets to helmets, sport bags, technical articles and material with a unique shape. The special beam allows operators to fix rivets to the material requiring special positioning. This machine can also apply rivets of different dimensions by simply changing the automatic feeder, spindle, pincer and die. Rivets can also be applied with either a round or star die by request, and are interchangeable in less than one minute. To apply double rivets, one must be placed by hand on the bottom die while the other is automatically fed by the vibrating feeder. By request, this machine can be fitted with a projector cross light for accurate fixing of the rivets onto the material.
