S.P.S. model 900.PN.AE.C electropneumatic automatic riveting machine designed particualrly for the application of rivets too belting, luggage, gift items, leather goods, etc. This series of riveting machinery memorizes and reproduces any shape or design by applying small rivets to the desired material automatically. The rivet feeding is carried out by a special feeder which allows the rivets to fall perfectly into the collets. The material slides between the two adjustable guides allowing a working width from 15-90MM. Once the application of applying the rivets is completed, the material is automatically released. The PLC can store up to 99 different programs and each program can apply up to 99 rivets at speeds of 120 per minute. In addition, by simply removing the rivet feeder, this machine can be setup as a decorative punching machine.
