These machines were designed to fasten a variety of hardware such as ornamental items, nail heads, snaps, VIS rings, double hole hooks, rivets, eyelets, grommets, lacets, and washers. All machines are completely pneumatic and are available with electronic feeding systems if desired. In addition, these fastening machines can be fitted with tables, guides and projector cross lights for maximum material positioning and fixing accuracy. All machines are manufactured in accordance with European CEE safety standards which fully comply with US and Canadian OSHA regulations. ¨ Model 950.02.D.R.A: S.P.S. model 950.02.D.R.A is a fully automatic fastening machine designed to insert two hole hooks with rivet and washer to sporting, mountain and safety footwear. ¨ Model 404.PN.A: S.P.S. model 404.PN.A pneumatic fastening machine designed for punching or applying eyelets, hooks, lacets, snaps and other similar hardware.¨ Model 2004.PN: S.P.S. model 2004.PN automatic pneumatic fastening machine designed to apply nail heads and various decorative hardware to leather, plastics, cloth and similar materials. ¨ Model 88.PN.AED: S.P.S. model 88.PN.AED fully automatic fastening system with two feeders designed to apply ornamental studs to clothing, shoes, belts, gift items and similar materials. ¨ Model 97.VIS.E.10.RB: S.P.S. model 97.VIS.E.10.RB automatic fastening machine designed for the insertion of self perforating VIS rings and washers. This machine is equipped with two automatic vibrating feeders and electronic control unit. ¨ Model 97.VIS.E.10.R: S.P.S. model 97.VIS.E.10.R was designed for simultaneous insertion of VIS rings and washers particularly suitable for climbing boots, safety footwear and other products where extra strength is needed. ¨ Model 97.VIS.E.10: S.P.S. model 97.VIS.E.10 is equipped with a vibrating feeder and loader which guarantees a smooth descent and positioning of self inserting VIS rings. This machine can also be equipped with a rotating arm with elbow as an alternative to the fixed vertical support. ¨ Model 97.VIS.E.10.R: S.P.S. model 97.VIS.E.10.R was designed for simultaneous insertion of VIS rings and washers particularly suitable for climbing boots, safety footwear and other products where extra strength is needed. ¨ Model 1590.E.10.R: S.P.S. model 1590.E.10.R was designed for the automatic insertion of hooks and washers simultaneously. This machine is equipped with two feeders: a brush type feeder for the hook descent and vibrating feeder for the washers. ¨ Model 1590.E.10: S.P.S. model 1590.E.10 automatic fastening machine designed for the insertion of hooks only. This machine is equipped with a rotating arm with elbow for applying hooks in difficult positions. --> |
