S.P.S. automatic lace ring fastener, model 97.VIS.E.10, driven by an electronic motor designed primarily for the insertion of lace rings to sport footwear, climbing boots, safety footwear, sporting bags, luggage, leather goods and technical articles. This machine is equippped with a vibrating feeder which gurantees a smooth descent and positioning of the self-inserting lace rings. In addition, this machine is equipped with a rotating arm and elbow as an altenative to the fixed vertical position. The model 97.VIS.E.10 has an electronic control unit which allows the operator to insert a single lace ring or to program in the number of rings to be applied in a continuous cycle. On request, we can attach an optical cross beam projector for insertion accuracy.
