S.P.S. model 950.02.D.R.A fully automated fastening machine for the insertion of two hole hooks with rivets and washers to sporting, mountain and safety footwear. This fully automatic electropneumatic machine is equipped with three automatic feeders: a vibrating feeder for the two hole hooks, an additional vibrating feeder for washers and special feeder with two chutes for the rivets. There is a 30MM clearance between the pliers and matrix so material can be inserted easily by the operator. On request, this machine can be fitted with an optical projector for optimal insertion accuracy and material positioning.
