Model 69.VE autopiercing eyeltting machine to apply sail eyelts to various materials without the need of pre-punching the material. It's sturdiness, velocity and power are ideal for applying eyelets to different materials for: navigation, tents, cloths, sport bags, technical articles and technical papers. This eyeletting machine can automatically applly sail eyelets up to 20MM in diameter. If it is necessary to apply a washer with the eyelet it can be placed by hand or automatically fed from the back of the machine. In addition, this machine can be fitted with work planes and special guides for rigid materials needing exact positioning for eac appliaction. The eyelets are fed from the side of the machine automatically by a vibrating feeder. It is also possible to employ a cross light to gurantee an accurate positioning each time. This model is designed accordingly to the customers specific appliaction in regards to eyelet size and if a star or round die will be employed.
