The ATOM Flashcut model HD30155 dieless knife cutting system is the latest development for cutting materials up too 100mm in thickness. When ATOM started the knife cutting table project nearly 10 years ago, they ambitiously meant it to be used as a true production machine, cutting most of the really hard materials used in the gasket & converting related fields. Their determination in hitting the target, and the investments for the constant upgrading of the dieless system have allowed them to reach their goal, and create a knife cutting table capable of cutting, with high speed, quality and precision, materials like tang graphite with one or two layers of steel, asbestos free up too 6mm thick, foam & rubbers up too 20mm thickness. With support from our vast customer base, the commercial success we have reached, and the experience we have gained have pushed ATOM to AIM HGH, to project and create a cutting table able to cut not only hard materials but also foams & rubbers up too 100mm thick.

The ATOM Flashcut HD30155 has a useful working area of 3.000mm (121") x 1.550mm (61") and is equipped with the same features the standard machine employs; smart partition zoned vacuum, overhead digital projectors, semi-automatic roll feed, a variety of tooling combinations like pneumatic oscillation, electric oscillation, micro-metric drag knife, creaser wheels, a variety of punches & routing capabilities along with ATOM's unique nesting software package.
