ATOM Flashcut Model 30180
Knife Cutting Machine

The ATOM model 30180 knife cutting machine has a useful working area of 3.000mm (121") x 1.800mm (70.8"). This series is also available as model 30205 which has a working area of 3.000mm (121") x 2.050mm (80.7") and employs the same characteristics as all the ATOM flatbed dieless knife cutting tables. This particular unit is ideal for furniture manufacturers who process 1/2 size bovine hides. Another field of interest is for foam-rubber converting when sheets or rolls reach 2.000mm in width.

We propose the following models:

  1. Flashcut 30180-30205 UP PNEU: equipped w. overhead digital projector, pneumatic knife chuck & partitioned smart vacuum system.
  2. Flashcut 30180-30205 UCP PNEU: equipped w. cameras for automatic nesting, overhead digital projector, pneumatic knife chuck & partitioned smart vacuum system.

All models share these features:

  1. Punching Speed: 220 holes per minute
  2. Cutting Speed: 50 Meters per minute.
  3. Acceleration: 1 G
  4. Material Thickness: 20mm

To choose the most appropriate dieless knife cutting system several considerations must be made.
