ATOM Flashcut 30155 Dieless Knife Cutting Table

The ATOM Flashcut 30155 dieless knife cutting table has a useful cutting area of 3000 x 1550mm (118" x 61"). The high speed in cutting and punching, the user freindliness and the low running costs make it the ULTIMATE dieless solution for small and medium production runs. Thanks to its architecture and the available options, this table suits a wide range of industrial fields; from gaskets (in their various materials, tang graphite included), to rubber and its by-products, fabrics, leather, heavy leather and other man-made materials used in car interiors, furniture, shoes, leather goods and leather garments.

Explanatory Notes
Working areas: Larger, more sophisticated variants are equipped with table areas that can be split into two independent areas, thus allowing simultaneous lay planning and cutting, or combined to allow one larger area to be generated.

Suction: Dual: Two independently switchable areas that can be selected in unison or in combination.

Multi-Sectors: Selectable, independently controlled, vacuum chambers to allow the operator to turn on and off only those areas necessary to secure the material being cut.

Projector (P): To allow the operator to diectly interface with the material on the table. i.e. to project the cutting pattern directly on the material to be cut.

Camera (C): To allow the operator to directly interface the outer periphery of the material to be cut with the integrated machine software. Particularly of importance when dealing with non-man made materials, such as leather, requiring selective placement of the shapes to be cut.
