ATOM Flashcut Model 15155
Oscillating Knife Cutting System

The ATOM model 15155 oscillating knife cutting system has a useful working area of 1.550mm (61") x 1.550mm (61") and employs the same features and capabilities as all ATOM flatbed dieless cutters. This model is particularly popular for gasket companies cutting 6mm non-asbestos or 1-2 layer tang grapoils where a standard 5' x 5' sheet is processed or, when equipped with the overhead projectors, all remnants and scraps can be cut virtually eliminating material waste and remnant storage optimizing your factory floor space.

We propose the following models:

  1. Flashcut 15155 PNEU: the basic model equipped with the pneumatic oscillating knife chuck and partitioned smart vacuum system.
  2. Flashcut 15155 UP PNEU: equipped w. overhead digital projector, pneumatic knife chuck & partitioned smart vacuum system.

All models share these features:

  1. Punching Speed: 220 holes per minute
  2. Cutting Speed: 50 Meters per minute.
  3. Acceleration: 1 G
  4. Material Thickness: 20mm

To choose the most appropriate dieless knife cutting system several considerations must be made.
