Operators can access the machine from all four sides.
Materials up to 6.1 x 2.6 M can be processed.

Powerful nesting & interactive nesting software. The software is optimized to handle shapes, the orders & the constraints commonly found in the converting related industries.
Possibility to "split" the machine in half in order to maximize both machine & operator time. While the machine is cutting in one area, the operator can collect cut parts, deploy a material and prepare a layout in the other area.
The cutting head can be configured with the following tooling; micro-metric drag knife, electric oscillating knife, pneumatic oscillating knife, pneumatic routing tool, two punches, plotting pen, and it is also possible to perform extremely precise engravings.

Automatic, Interactive or Mixed Nesting

The operator can leverage his/her experience in evaluating material & shapes to be cut and decide if using interactive nesting, automatic nesting, or place some parts manually and let the software fill the materia automatically. It is also possible to set different constraints on different shape groups, limit the available rotation for example. Furthermore, it is possible to mark quality areas & defects on the material so that the automatic nesting can properly place shapes respecting quality constraints; each shape can be divided into different quality areas.

When equipped with the pneumatic (PNEU) oscillating tool head, we can cut very difficult materials producing excellent finished components @ the following speeds:

Grafoil (Two Layers of Metal/Tang) 4-5 Mts./Min. (13´--16.5´ per Minute)

Asbestos Free (Garlock, Klinger or Similar 4-5 mm thick) 4-5 Mts./Min. (13´-16.5´ per minute in one pass)
