| Atom Programmable Automatic die cutting presses come with movable trolley and fixed head that are capable of developing 25-50 tons of cutting pressure in continuous service. The movements associated with this die cutting machine are controlled by its own PLC system and concern trolley translation and material feeding axis. The programming of the system happens in continuous movement through its own CNC. The material feeding system is guaranteed by rolls and the cutting is carried out on a cutting pad with a pad shifter. With it's user friendly interface it is possible to carry out cutting programs, set the working parameters and the machining cycles of the machine. There are 250 available programs and this system is designed to feed rolled goods and sheeted goods. The ideal die cutting press for maximum performance and material savings at an affordable price. |
