Die Cutting Presses 600 Series

ATOM S600 Series Full Beam Cutting Press with single sliding work tray greatly enhances the operating visibility for material & cutting die placement. Available in a wide range of cutting powers, from 20 to 165 tons with cutting surfaces from 1.600mm x 400mm up to 2.200mm x 1.320mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.

The ST series are designed to offer high visibility of the cutting surface, therefore suitable whenever high precision of die placement is required. The models whose code end in "A" are equipped with an automatic sliding table compared to the traditional manual sliding tray. Two different cutting methods available: pressure mode and stroke end mode to accommodate a wide variety of materials. Photoelectric barriers are standard to insure operator safety.

Available Optional Devices:

Mechanical positive head stops for the maximum precision in control of cutting depth;
Programmable powered nip rolls for material feeding;
Device for automatic movement of the cutting pad to increase it's lifespan,useful when cutting dies are attached to the upper beam.

A sliding manual work tray provides easy loading and unloading of dies and material. Two cutting methods available: pressure mode or stroke end mode.
