| The ATOM BPH series automatic full beam cutting press share the main features of the BP line, adding the ability to mount a die-support plate with automatic movement at programmable steps. This turns them into automatic trolley cutting presses. An unmatched versatility! The die-support is available in different sizes, from 400 x 400, to 1.000 x 1.000 mm and can be applied in a few minutes without using special tools. Cutting power is available in 100 Tons and 165 Tons. When the machine is used in "beam mode" the device that controls the die-support is used to automate the setting and centring of the guides used to fix the dies to the beam. | |

Cutting Programs are loaded via a barcode system. All the models in this line are equipped with mechanical stops with micrometric adjustment and guides to fix the dies to the beam. Available optional:a. cutting pad, moved by the back clamp. This solution allows the cutting of those materials who require high penetration of the cutting tool on the pad, making therefore a belt-based solution too expensive;b. extension of the front unloading surface of about 900 mm All the machines of this line are certificated to meet CE safety rules. |
