ATOM S600 Series Automatic Full Beam Cutting Systems, BPE Version, with feeding clamps and transport cutting belt are powerful, extremely precise & fast which allow for a fully automatic cutting cycle, with cutting speeds up to 23 strokes per minute on the entire width of the material. They are suitable for both materials in rolls & sheets, single & multi-layered. A special software is employed to achieve the highest cutting speed combined with optimal material yield. Available in wide range of cutting powers from 77-165 tons with cutting surfaces from 1.600mm x 800mm up to 2.200mm x 1320mm. Special sizes are available upon request.
All of the models of the BPE line are equipped with mechanical positive head stops with micrometric adjustment & tools to fix the dies to the upper beam.
Available Optionals Include:
- Adjustable & self centering guides to fix the cutting die to the upper beam. The ensure a quick die change independently from it's size & provide automatic centering of the dies on the beam.
- Cutting pad moved by the back clamp. This solution allows the cutting of those materials who require high penetration of the cutting tool on the pad, making a belt-based solution too expensive.
- Extension of the front unloading surface of 1.000mm
- Incremental tray mode. Allows cutting dies larger (depth) than the cutting head to be used. Cutting tool is loaded from the back of the press and the machine feeds in automatic the die with material and makes the appropriate amount of cuts until the entire die is completed, then feeds the cut part(s) & tool(s) back to the operator for the next cycle.
