300 Series

ATOM 300 Series Full Beam Die Cutting Presses are designed to offer the main advantages of the mobile beam technology at an affordable cost. The series is available in a wide range of cutting powers, from 20 to 165 tons with cutting surfaces from 1.600mm x 400mm up too 2.200mm x 1.320mm. They are a highly versatile die cutting machine suitable to be used in a wide range of cutting applications, from components for the automotive industry to gaskets, filters, packaging, abrasives, toys, leather goods and many more.

Cutting is carried out on a cutting pad with an automatic pad shifting device to guarantee a clean cut every time.

Optional Devices Available Include:

Mechnical positive head stops for the maximum precision in control of the cutting depth;
Programmable nip roll feeding device. Can be set-up too run as a semi-automatic or fully automatic press (AL Series).
Adjustable device to fix the cutting die to the upper beam so die baords of different dimensions can be used.
Automatic pad-shifting device to gurantee a clean cut every time.
