ATOM S740V2 CNC Die Cutting Machine

The ATOM S740V2 CNC Die Cutting Machine is the most complete and automatic die cutting system suitable for both sheets and rolled goods. It is equipped with an automatic sheet loading and alignment device with a lateral off-loading system of cut parts. For materials in rolls, roll-holders with either manual or automatic alignment can be used. The trolley and material pincers controlled by a recirculating ball screw and the 40 tons of cutting force make this die cutting machine suitable for heavy duty jobs. To reduce the minimum of the off-loading operations, 100mm high dies are advisable. This system has a maximum cutting speed of 90 strokes per minute and is the ideal solution for material savings and production.
