| The ATOM S740V1 Smart Press is a reliable high production die cutting system for industrial applications requiring high cutting power and absolute accuracy. The S740V1 die cutting system is available in various versions in terms of useful cutting width, cutting force and head size. It is suitable for both rolls and sheeted goods. This CNC die cutting system can be fed by roll holders with either manual or automatic alignment. The axes movement are controlled by re-circulating ball screws and the long-life nylon cutting belt can be easily replaced from the machine side. This die cutting system has a maximum cutting speed of 90 strokes per minute. This particular machine is sometimes referred to as the "cutting robot". It has been known to run a whole factory due to its advanced nesting software and user friendly interface. The production rate is so advanced it will replace 3-7 existing travelling head die cutting presses and give material savings from 15-30%. The logical solution for high production and material savings. |
