ATOM S530T/OL CNC Die Cutting Press

The ATOM S530T/OL die cutting press cuts on an indexed PVC pad with special pincers which do not require any stapling of multi-layer materials. These ATOM diecutting presses are the least expensive and fastest CNC for cutting materials in sheets, with automatic off-loading of the cut pieces on a lateral conveyor belt. The accurate self adjusting positive stop minimizes the wearing of the cutting pad and dies. The ATOM S530T/OL diecutting press may employ both steel ribbon dies and forged dies. These particular dies allow the machine to place the cut parts into the machine and then eject the desired amount onto the lateral conveyor belt. The unique ATOM nesting software allows the best yields; saving customers 15-30% of their material when compared to a manual travelling head die cutting press. The ATOM S530T/OL diecutting press has a maximum cutting speed of 50 strokes per minute making it an optimal solution for maximum production and material savings.
