| ATOM S530BR Die Cutting Machinery is the least expensive and fastest line of die cutting machinery for cutting single or multi-layer materials in rolls. Easy to program and use, this line of die cutting machinery ensures a high postioning efficiency also thanks to the unique ATOM automatic nesting software. The S530BR can be connected to roll-holders with either manual or automatic alingment. The long life nylon cutting belt has a reasonable cost and can be easily replaced from the machines side. This particular line of CNC die cutting machinery has a maximum cutting speed of 100 strokes per minute. The ATOM S530BR CNC die cutting systems have been designed to replace three to seven existing travelling head die cutting presses and can save material from 15-30%. This is the optimal choice for high production and material savings on roll goods. |
