| Die Cutting equipment of the ATOM S530 BP CNC line is the most versatile for cutting both rolls and sheets. This makes these machines the ideal automatic die cutting solution when materials of different nature are used. The pinch and grab pincers ensure an accurate material feeding and proper fixing during diecutting. Minimum gaps between cuts can be achieved through the unique ATOM automatic software nesting system. The feeding and cutting belt is made of durable nylon to ensure its long operative life. This die cutting system can be fed by roll holders with either manual or automatic alignment. It has a maximum cutting speed of 90 strokes per minute. This particular diecutting system is designed to replace three to seven existing traveling head die cutting presses and can save material from 15-35%. This is the logical die cutting solution for optimal production and savings both of time and material. |
