The ATOM Smart Press family offers a wide range of modular feeding systems to cover the needs of all industries. Depending on your requirements, standard feeding systems available cover all roll and sheet materials in either single or multiple layers. Roll materials can be handled by special roll holders with powered automatic alignment. Sheet materials can be fed from the front or rear of the press, jointed into rolls or loaded with fully automatic sheet feeder.

Pinch and Grab Belt Feed

Active clamps feed both roll and sheet material, always keeping it firmly in place during cutting. Clamps are fully adjustable for varying thickness



Belt and Nip Roller Feed

Large diameter powered rolls with rectified gears control the nylon cutting belt and ensure high positioning accuracy for roll materials or sheets joined into rolls.


Automatic Tray with Pincers

Controlled by automatic retractable pincers for cutting multiple layers of the hardest sheet materials without stapling. The cut is performed on an inexpensive cutting pad.

Pinch and Grab with Autosheet

For totally automatic sheet material handling. A stack of sheets, in either single or multi-lay,is fed and aligned, then cut and off-loaded without manual intervention.
