ATOM CNC Die Cutting Systems, with 3 controlled axis, can rotate the cutting head 360 degrees, therefore it is possible to gain maximum advantage from the automatic nesting system & get optimal layout yields. The main advantages of this line are: ease of use, ability to work 24 hours per day, high cutting speed up to 100 punches per minute, material savings, time savings, low operating costs, fast belt change thanks to the "endless belt" design & powerful automatic nesting software. The ATOM CNC die cutting line are divided accordingly with cutting power & material feeding: S530 BR Version (25 Ton): Feeding with belt & oversized nip roller suggested for materials in rolls or sheets joined to make a roll. The size of the feeding rolls guarantee high accuracy of material positioning. BP Version w. Cutting Belt & Clamps: Suitable to cut any type of synthetic material both in rolls and sheets, loaded both from the front or back of die cutting press; the material moved and fixed by three independent clamps. One clamp is mobile and supports the belt in the movement of the material to grant the maximum positioning of the material(s) even for soft, elastic products, cut in single or multiple ply. The other two clamps hold the material in place during cutting. The clamp positioned in front of the cutting head enables high precision in cutting sheet based materials & the remainder of rolls or stack of sheets which cannot be held in position by the back clamps thus utilizing 100% of the product. The clamps are fully adjustable for varying thickness to avoid damage to compressible products. This universal CNC die cutting system is available in the following models: S530 BP (25 Ton), S740 BP (40 Ton) & S750 BP (50 Ton). S530 T/OL (25 Ton) Version w. Mobile Cutting pad & Clamps: Suitable to cut sheeted goods only, both in single & multiple layers. The sheets are loaded onto a polypropelene cutting pad with automatic movement and equipped with special clamps. The clamps allow the cutting of multiple layers without stapling. This avoids positioning errors & reduces the risk of machine error. The cutting pad is an economical solution as replacement is far less than a cutting belt. The T/OL is also equipped with an automatic off-loading device. Cut parts of basic geometry are loaded into the forged cutting die and then ejected onto a conevyor belt attached to the machine side. Machine can be instructed too make X amount of cuts and then off-load thus significantly decreasing the labor costs involved with packaging. V2 Version Automatic Sheet Feeding: the V2 version is capable of feeding sheets continuously. The material is loaded onto a hydraulic platform, both in single or stapled multiple layers. A special vacuum suction cup device grips the material and positions it onto the back of the machine. The feeding system will automatically stop the mahcine when there is no longer material available. The V2 system is available on all models equipped with the cutting belt & clamps (BP Version). |

Your current press operators can use it. Machine programming and nesting may be carried out either locally or remotely from your production planning office. Cutting programs can be transferred through network or diskette. The work schedule automatically controls the press and informs the operators when material and tool changes are required. If your material width varies, or rush jobs require immediate priority, the operator can instantly re nest the schedule to accommodate these changes. Standard cutting tools are fitted onto a simple steel carrier plate and easily replaced on the cutting head in less than ten seconds.STRONG CONSTRUCTIONThis die cutting press is a pure CNC machine, not a manual press retrofitted with some automatic features. The construction of the press, designed on the latest CAD systems, is the most robust and rigid available. Positive mechanical end of stroke is automatically set ensuring accurate depth of cut.
