RAW MATERIALS:

Only pure quality tested raw materials of differing degrees of shore-hardness together with stabilizers and softeners are used in manufacture these cutting pads.

APPLICATION

Developed specially for the cutting and perforating of all natural materials such as leather, corks, rubbers, paper and cardboard etc., synthetic leathers, textiles, foils or combination sandwich articles such as gaskets can also be cut or stamped out cleanly and accurately on this board.

ECONOMY

The range of the HYDROSOLID Quality cutting pads and cutting boards are notably superior by virtue of their manufactured elasticity and excellent and fast closing of the cut leading to and even and longer-lasting cutting surface. The HYDROSOLID-Quality Cutting Pads can be used down to the last few millimeters by planing off the worn surface several times.

HYDROSOLID Quality cutting pads and boards are designed for long life, when used in accordance with Manufacturers Supplies Pad Planing Service.

  

EQUIPMENT

These cutting pads are suitable for all makes and types of cutting presses, and all sizes from 900 x 450 mm area to very large area, 4000 x 2400 mm. The cutting pads can be use with all hydraulic die cutting systems including clicker swing arms, traversing head presses, CNC programmable automatic cutting machinery and full head cutting presses with usage of all industrial tools, knives, and cutting dies. The cutting beam may be automatic, rotary, carriage or swing beam. All are suitable for use with HYDROSOLID-Quality Cutting Boards.

CUTTING KNIVES

Any type of any cutting knife or form may be used including strip steel, serrated or not, to forged steel.

DIMENSIONS

Available in all sizes within 4000 x 2500 and a thickness of 3-100 mm +/- approx. 0.2 mm by planed finishing. (Special sizes available on request.) Our rigid product control and testing procedures throughout guarantee a constant high quality, and by continuous research we are able to meet the rising demands for the cutting of new materials.
