Hot Melt Roll Coaters were designed to apply hotmelt adhesives to the surface of various materials including leather, plastics, paperboard, foam, corrugated and many other like materials. Currently we have two different models of hotmelt roll coaters available: the RT series and the HM series. The RT series roll coater has a very large adhesive reservoir and is designed to coat parts up to 38" in width. It is equipped with a powered feedroll system for coating thin parts or wide sheets. The feedroll can be released and pivoted out of the way to make the RT an open-roller machine for the coating of hand held parts. This series is available in three sizes: 13",26" and 40".

The HM series hot melt roll coater has a cantilevered feed roller so it can be used to apply an adhesive coating to either a strip along one edge of a part or it can be used to apply adhesive to the whole surface of a part. An adjustable feed guide is mounted to the feed table to ensure consistent and accurate adhesive application when coating only a section of the part. The HM roll coater is equipped with adjustments for feedroll height, coating thickness, coating roller speed and adhesive temperature. This series is available in three sizes: 3", 9", and 14".
