The PAM500 series hotmelt spray or extrusion tools were designed for heavy duty industrial applications such as packaging, electronics, woodworking, leather, paper, corrugated, furniture and similar converting industries. These systems can be hand held or mounted in a stand and controlled by a foot pedal. We offer a wide variety of nozzles for this system and nozzle changes can be made even while the gun is hot without adhesive overflow. The PAM 500 has a 7oz. melt tank and it handles a broad range of hotmelt adhesives including high viscosity formulas. This system operates on compressed air and is equipped with a safety thermostat that automatically reduces the temperature by 20% if the unit is not used in 25 minutes. These systems are also widely used in laboratories and testing facilities.
