With this line we expanded our market into various converting fields. ATOM is the world's leading manufacturer of industrial die cutting systems, controlling nearly 70% of the die cutting market. This line includes Clicker Presses, Traveling Head Presses, Programmable Traveling Head Presses, Full Head Beam Cutting Presses, Platen Presses and CNC Die Cutting Presses. Their knowledge in this field allowed them to expand into the Die Cutting industry, providing total leather cutting systems with optional Intelliview System for complete hide scanning, three head waterjet cutting systems, knife cutting systems, and laser cutting systems. This line stands above the rest due to their impressive speed and unbeatable nesting solutions. If total cutting is not your filed, then we offer a complete line of narrow web kiss cutting systems for various adhesive backed material and other web like materials. These systems are designed according to the customers specifications with optional rewind stands, scrap ejection attachments and various other conversion capabilities. Many of our customers who do some type of cutting either purchase their material in large rolls or have an outside source slit down their material. With this in mind, we expanded our line to provide our customers the option to slit and/or rewind their material for their cutting processes. This line continued to expand and we now supply various industries that slit and rewind exclusively. Currently we have customers cutting a vast array of materials including gaskets, foam, rubber, abrasives, cork, plastics, and other like materials. As our company expanded, we were approached with situations where adhesives were needed in certain applications. This convinced us to find a dependable line of adhesive application systems to allow our customers to improve their products. This line includes roller coaters, edge folders, top side coaters, edge cementers, smoothing presses, solvent cementers and hot melt spray equipment. Our fastening line includes machines that fix eyelets, rivets, grommets and various decorative attachments. With this diverse line of equipment, you may feel confident that you will be given the optimal machinery and service because you are dealing with one company for all your converting needs.
